The world today is very busy and technological. Hence people does not have any time to relax themselves .Because of this reason we are subjected to physical and mental stress very often. To make out life very normal, we need a special aid and one of such is the yoga. Basically yoga is a meditative practice followed by the Hindus and Buddhists. Yoga is derived from a Sanskrit word “yuj” and is literally means “to unite” or “to control”. In general yoga is a relaxation exercise which helps for the relaxation of body, mind. It is nothing but a deep relaxation. The main benefit of yoga is it can be practiced by a person of any age or any religion or with any body conditions. There are various classifications of yoga and each and every one has its own benefits. Each and every type of yoga contains different poses and the main theme of all the types is controlled breath.
