The benefits of Vajhrasanam are, the person with high BP, Pancreatic and intestinal problem will get cured. The beginning position of this asana is to sit straight and straighten your leg horizontal to the ground. Join your feet. Place your palms on ground aside to waist. The steps to be followed are: initially, fold your right leg and place it below the waist. Then fold your left leg below the waist. Join your knees and place your palms on thighs. Now, slowly straighten your left leg as in the first step. At the final step, slowly straighten your right leg and come to beginning position.
The benefits of Savaasanam are it reduces tension caused due to high BP and head ache. The steps to be followed are, lay your back on the ground. Place your hands, legs and other parts of your body freely. This asana is to make all the parts of your body to feel free without tension. It increases concentration and paves way to do yoga.

The benefits of the Paarsvakonasanam are the problem such as diabetes, kidney stone, fore leg and ankle pain gets cured. At the beginning position, stand straight and your feet should be in ā€˜v’ shape. Relax yourself and broaden your chest. Neck should be in straight position. Place your palms nearer to your thigh. The steps to be followed are: Initially inhale the air and leave 1m space between your feet. At step two, turn your right leg towards the right without turning the body. The third step is to exhale the air and bend right. Right thigh should horizontal to ground. Fix your right palm near to your right leg. Right side of your body should touch the right thigh. During the fourth step, raise your left hand such that its upper arm should touch the ear. Yours eye should be on the left hand. Have normal breathe. Then inhale the air and bring back the left hand and put it on your left thigh. The forth step is to slowly inhale the air fully and rise upwards without moving your leg. Then exhale the air and turn your right foot 90 degree left. And finally exhale the air completely and move your right leg nearer to your left leg. Repeat the same procedure for other side.
